As a Web3 company, we seek a Senior Product Manager with experience steering Web3 product development, preferably for a Layer1 blockchain or similar, from conceptualization to shipping into the market. The ideal candidate is a committed agile leader and mentor who is unafraid to jump in when the team needs it. The ideal candidate will also have experience in the financial or banking industry or exposure to regulated activities. You will help translate ideas into strategy and features through clear and structured documentation and follow a product development framework from start to finish. The Role

Responsibilities

• Define the product strategy and roadmap for a public Layer1 blockchain targeted at use cases within the financial industry.
• Identify and understand unique value propositions in the product strategy
• Drive action throughout the organization to get from ideation to market
• Work with Business and Marketing to support the execution of product launches
• Work with Business teams to understand relevant product differentiators and how to execute them as part of the Product Roadmap
• Work with marketing to generate insights on critical differentiators and messages of our Layer1 vs the competition
• Structure and manage clear, concise documentation across all product aspects
• Manage all aspects of the product lifecycle, from requirements gathering to gathering customer feedback and triaging issues
• Deliver PRDs with prioritized features and corresponding justification
• Run pilot programs with early-stage products and samples
• Be a trusted and strong communicator who can promote the Layer1 blockchain to financial and risk experts
• Develop a vision of how the product should function
• Define specific product features
• Break features into product backlog items for the Scrum team to work on

Who We Are Looking For

• Four or more years of experience in product management, product development, or similar roles, with two of those years in the Web3 product space
• Demonstrated success in defining and launching excellent products
• Examples and at least one sample of an effective document delivered in the past
• At least one year of experience with team leadership or at least one year of experience with team management
• A background in software development and program management is preferred.
